About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we believe every cake celebrates a special moment. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Baker who shares our passion for quality, teamwork, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. This is NOT a seasonal position and we're looking for a long-term team member who can commit to approximately 35 hours per week. This position is NOT compatible with weekday daytime class schedules. Applicants must have open availability, and weekends are required leading up to and during holiday seasons. All Bakers are cross-trained in every Back of House role, making this a great opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within our bakery.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a high-volume bakery (AT HOME BAKERY EXPERIENCE DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION)
At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Can lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated
Pays close attention to detail and follows recipes exactly
Works well under pressure while maintaining quality
Enjoys being part of a positive, team-focused environment
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Open availability

Responsibilities

Baking cakes using proprietary recipes with precision and consistency
Measuring, mixing, preparing, and baking products to the highest quality standards
Operating commercial mixers, ovens, and bakery equipment safely
Maintaining food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage standards
Monitoring inventory and assisting with production planning
Ensuring every cake meets Nothing Bundt Cakes quality expectations
Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and ready for production
Supporting the team wherever needed in our Back of House operations
