About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Baker to join their team. The Baker is responsible for ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. They will also work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served, and in keeping a safe and clean store environment. Stores close at 2 PM, ensuring work-life balance for the team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
