About The Position
A Bakers Helper helps with the overall operation of a bakery, including both front-of-house customer service and back-of-house tasks like preparing ingredients and assisting with baking. They take customer orders, package baked goods, and help manage inventory.
Requirements
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, answering questions about products, and processing payments.
- Assisting with ingredient measurement, following recipes, and preparing ingredients for baking.
- Assisting with the baking process, such as operating equipment and monitoring quality.
- Helping to maintain stock levels and ensure sufficient supplies for baking.
- Packing and labeling baked goods for sale or takeaway.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
