About The Position

Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls, and other related raw products in an oven or press frame.

Requirements

• One (1) year of related work experience.
• Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint, and other gauges.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load balls into molds; pressurize molds as required; place molds into oven, bake.
• Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs.
• Follow work schedule-oral and written.
• Complete required maintenance reports and records.
