The primary focus of this position is to assist the Bakery Department with production. As a Baker/Fryer, you will be responsible for bakery production - thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products. Other duties include maintaining proper production levels while following production guidelines, assisting with inventory receiving duties, ordering frozen and dry product and organize freezers and coolers.
