About The Position

Aladdin Bail Bonds is seeking motivated, entry-level Bail Consultant Trainees to develop skills in the bail bond industry and support the company’s client service and operational standards. The role involves assisting clients through the bail bond process, preparing documentation, coordinating bail transactions, and maintaining accurate records while complying with company policies and legal requirements. Trainees work with senior consultants and management and are expected to provide responsive, professional support to clients navigating challenging circumstances. Compensation is $30,000–$50,000 once licensed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
