About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Bagger in Neenah, Wisconsin. The Bagger supports a helpful, guest-focused grocery shopping experience by assisting guests, bagging purchases, maintaining the checkout area, and supporting store and team standards. The role reports to the Guest Service Department Manager.

The associate is expected to provide courteous service, communicate guest requests and feedback to leadership, and offer prompt parcel pickup. Regular, timely attendance and following the work schedule are expected. Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on availability and business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to create a welcoming environment and provide superior guest service.
• Ability to bag items efficiently while maintaining product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately, and operate necessary equipment.
• Ability to stand in place for long periods and walk in the store.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift or push 15–20 pounds regularly and 50 pounds intermittently.
• Fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed and within availability, in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and provide a welcoming checkout experience.
• Bag groceries according to procedures while maintaining product integrity and guest satisfaction.
• Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Share guest requests and feedback with the leadership team.
• Provide prompt and courteous parcel pickup service.
• Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Attend work regularly and on time in compliance with the schedule, and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
