About The Position

This position is for our O'Fallon Schnucks location. Candidates MUST be available till 10pm during the week and available as early as 7am on Saturdays and Sundays to be considered. This role is offering 16-20 hours per week. This represents major responsibilities a new hire can expect to perform. You could expect the position of a customer service person to include the following:

Requirements

• 16 yrs+ to apply
• Must be available till 10pm during the week
• Available as early as 7am on Saturdays and Sundays
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (Internal Candidates)
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (Store Support Center Teammates)
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline) (Internal Candidates)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance (Internal Candidates)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Place customers’ purchases into bags
• Place filled bags in cart
• Carry customers purchase to cars
• Retrieve carts from parking lot
• Pick up paper and debris in the store, from parking lot, and from carts
• Stock bags on check stands
• Empty trash from check stands and service center
• Sweep and mop floors
• Return merchandise left at check-out to shelves
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Verify prices of merchandise
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the store management
