About The Position

Operates machine to fill bags by performing the following duties: Starts machine and adjusts valves and devices to fill bags. Verifies correct bag weight and bag counts through out batch run. Cleans and sanitizes work area. Assists in other positions when needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer or tablet.
