Requirements

Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Complete all required training including airport compliance.
At least 18 years of age or older.
Eligible to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Lift up to 75lbs.
Pass a criminal background screening.
Pass a drug screening.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes.
With the exception of a fully-grown mustache, beard, or goatee all men must be clean shaven.
No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management.
Clean & well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift.
Regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees.
Frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk.
Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Required to twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis.
Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
Must be able to move in a relatively quick manner.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision and Ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Pick up luggage from airline partners and bring the bags back to our distribution center for sorting.
May be required to make local deliveries utilizing a company van.
Maintain a clean, professional image while displaying strong time management skills.
Work with airline BSO to gather delayed or separated luggage.
Transfer luggage in and out of cargo vans/trucks.
Assist with verifying that luggage is properly secured and delivered to the warehouse.
Ensure highest level of customer service when providing baggage handling services.
Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or facility manager.
