About The Position

The Principal Purpose of this Job is to greet guests with a friendly, lasting first impression. This role involves greeting guests in the porte-cochère, opening vehicle doors, valet parking cars, delivering luggage and vehicle keys to lodge rooms, retrieving vehicles for departing guests and loading luggage. The Bag Wrangler will also maintain the integrity of the front entrance and lobby, provide requested shuttle service, perform room inspections pre and post arrival, and follow department and Ranch policies and procedures. Additionally, this position requires assisting Agents, Reservation Specialists, Night Auditors, and PBX Operators, answering guest questions, and being knowledgeable about other departments and Ranch issues. Other duties include assisting the General Manager, Lodging Director, and Guest Services Manager, and completing special projects as requested.   • Minimum of 21 years of age
