Lead a high-impact bacon slicing operation on 1st shift Build and coach a reliable, cross-trained production team Make daily decisions that influence quality, safety, and efficiency What You’ll Do Train and coach team members on SOPs, expectations, and compliance Oversee daily operations: checklists, audits, KPIs, and issue resolution Ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and safety programs Champion team recognition and cross-training efforts Who You Are Proven experience supervising in production or manufacturing Strong in people development and process improvement Comfortable with compliance standards and operational metrics Effective communicator — bilingual in Spanish is a plus Ready to lead on 1st shift (typically ~5:00 AM start) Military leadership experience also translates well — we value structure, accountability, and calm problem-solving.
