About The Position
This position is for a team member responsible for monitoring carcasses on a production line for unvented carcasses and removing incidental feathers. The role requires the use of scissors and involves physical tasks such as standing, reaching, pulling, lifting light birds, and hand manipulation.
Requirements
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Maximum of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire
- 180 days (6 months) waiting period for rehire
Responsibilities
- Monitor carcasses for unvented carcasses
- Use scissors for venting carcasses
- Monitor and remove incidental feathers when not engaged in venting
