About The Position

This position is for a Backup Operator working the 7PM to 7AM shift on the C TEAM. The fundamental responsibility of this role is to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all listed duties. The operator will be responsible for all related paperwork, taking readings (all bottle measurements), running the blow molder and all downstream components, and cleaning molds. They will also assist with changeovers and evaluate and take appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines. This role requires the ability to inspect work areas for unsafe acts/conditions, effectively use verbal and written communications, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Sweeping, cleaning, and sorting duties will be performed as necessary, and all duties must be performed in accordance with safety rules and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the shift
• Ability to perform continuous lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting
• Cognitive and mental ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
