About The Position

We are building a new backend engineering team to support large-scale, cloud-native platforms. This role focuses on designing and delivering highly available backend services using Golang and AWS in a modern Agile environment.

Requirements

• Strong Backend developer candidate with hands-on experience with Golang
• Experience with AWS services (EC2 and broader AWS ecosystem)
• Backend development experience using Java and/or Python
• Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Containerization experience with Docker
• Agile / Scrum development experience

Nice To Haves

• Kubernetes a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support backend services using Golang , Java , and Python
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop scalable data solutions using DynamoDB
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional Agile teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
