About The Position
The Building People, LLC seeks a Back Shop Lead to manage the fabrication and machine shop supporting facility and laboratory maintenance for the AFRL Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (RX).
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Back Shop operations, including tool control, equipment maintenance, and technician scheduling.
- Coordinate fabrication, machining, and repair work across skilled trades supporting RX facility and laboratory needs.
- Maintain accountability for shop tools, equipment, and materials.
