About The Position
The Brant Point Grill at White Elephant Nantucket is currently seeking Back Servers/Dining Room Attendants for the 2026 season. This position is responsible for assisting servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests and maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar upscale dining atmosphere required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set ups
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, nightly specials and “86” items
- Serve water, bread and butter, coffee/tea and other items to guests
- Communicate with host person for direction in cleaning and resetting tables
- Clean and reset tables immediately after guest departs
