Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts from start to finish, including opening and setting up Schwab accounts
  • Collect documents, paperwork, and key information from clients
  • Gather life insurance and property insurance information
  • Review and follow up on meetings held by the lead financial adviser
  • Pull needed information out of a busy owner and keep projects moving forward
  • Deliver tremendous customer service in every client interaction
  • Own follow-up with clients and see tasks through to completion
  • Work independently and execute with minimal oversight
