Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, and 4+ years of related work experience required
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in HR Shared Services or Service Center environment
  • Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and other HR technology
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure effective performance
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services Back Office team, including onboarding, off-boarding, Samsung U, training, and reporting
  • Ensure that all HR services are delivered in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Provide change management and process improvement recommendations
  • Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security
  • Collaborate with other HR teams and subsidiaries to ensure alignment of HR services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
  • Present best practices and recommendations for expanded use to management and subs
  • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, knowledge, and communication skills
  • Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential
  • Ability and willingness to back-up, support, and fill in for any member on the team
