DATAMARK is seeking an experienced Back Office Manager to lead a high-performing back-office operation supporting customs processing activities. This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day production operations are designed and executed to consistently meet client service level agreements, regulatory requirements, budget expectations, and profitability targets. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep customs brokerage expertise and maintains an active Customs Broker License. This position will oversee customs-related back-office operations, drive process excellence, mentor leaders, and serve as a key liaison between operations, clients, and customs stakeholders.
