Ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight, while providing exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department. This role involves ensuring smooth and timely shipment process flow, accurate and timely data entry, tracking and tracing shipments, and providing proactive communication to internal and external customers. The agent will also be responsible for accurate and timely client billing, dispute resolution, understanding customer expectations to meet SOP and KPI requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. Cross-training to support team coverage and professionally representing Expeditors to customers, service providers, and government agencies are also key aspects of this position.
