About The Position
Steve's Hot Dogs in Chesterfield is searching for enthusiastic and experienced Back of House Team Members to elevate our customer experience and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere. As a Back of House Team Member, you'll be engineer Steve's Hot Dogs, creating memorable meals for every guest.

Responsibilities
- Cooking and serving recipes to standard, upholding our high standard for gourmet, craft fast casual food.
- Working seamlessly with your team to boost food sales through outstanding service.
- Demonstrating a consistent track record as a dependable and supportive team player.
Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Pay is $18 to $20/hour, often more. This is paid through a base wage and a share of tips. Your guaranteed minimum hourly wage will be set at $18 to $20, for the right person with experience. All candidates have the ability to significantly increase your income through stellar customer service, successful promotions, and cross-training with certifications.
- Entry level applicants, if hired, would be hired in at $15 to $18/hour.
