About The Position

As we prepare to open our new LA HABRA location, we are looking for hardworking and dependable Back-of-House team members who are excited to grow with us and be part of a new restaurant opening team. We are currently hiring for the following Back-of-House roles: Kitchen Assistant, Line Cook.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required for all positions.
• Line Cook and Prep Cook positions may require prior relevant experience.
• Food Handler Card certification required (Certification provided if need).
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be available for training prior to opening.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a new restaurant opening team.
• Perform duties related to Kitchen Assistant and Line Cook roles.
• Be available for training prior to opening.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
