About The Position

ROL Hand Roll Bar is hiring an Assistant Manager for our new location in La Habra. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating a strong guest experience. The Assistant Manager will support daily restaurant operations, assist with staff supervision, maintain service standards, and help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during each shift. This role is ideal for someone with restaurant leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
