About The Position
Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. This role is for a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor position at the Capital One Lounge in Dallas, TX. The schedule is full-time with open availability preferred, including days, nights, and weekends. The pay rate is $24.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service are available at select locations. Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
