Unidine is hiring immediately for a Back Of House Lead Supervisor position. This role is full-time and requires a flexible schedule with days and hours that may vary. Requirements
- Previous 3 to 5 years of culinary experience required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring a gracious and hospitality-driven experience for residents.
- Provide assistance with dining as needed, promoting independence while offering support in a warm, person-centered manner.
