BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Unidine is hiring immediately for a Back of House Lead Supervisor position at Moorings Park. This is a full-time role where days and hours may vary. The position involves supervising hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. Requirements
- Previous 3 to 5 years of culinary experience required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring a gracious and hospitality-driven experience for residents.
- Provide assistance with dining as needed, promoting independence while offering support in a warm, person-centered manner.
