About The Position

Chick-fil-A Oglethorpe is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join their team. This role, also referred to as Kitchen Director, will be responsible for the overall performance of the Back-of-House team, managing both day and night shifts. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a highly-esteemed restaurant chain, offering autonomy to generate results and impact the lives of team members and guests. The Kitchen Director will work alongside a successful Franchisee with support from the Chick-fil-A brand.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results in Back of House operations
  • Creating the role, setting benchmarks and expectations, while also creating systems and creating internal culture processes
  • Building high performance teams
  • Managing Back of House Schedule and day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring Customer Experience score performance
  • Managing a team of 30+ coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
  • Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  • Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
