We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A Oglethorpe. The Kitchen Director will own the overall performance for the Back-of-House team, and manage the day and night shift teams. This “hands-on” leadership opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation.

Requirements

  • 2 years Leadership Experience, leading teams

Responsibilities

  • Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results in Back of House operations
