About The Position

Sandisk is seeking highly motivated candidates who are ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Finance & Accounting teams as you develop your career. This program is designed for Bachelor of Science or Arts candidates graduating in Spring 2027 who are interested in a career in Finance and Accounting. You will be considered for current and upcoming available rotational roles. Our Finance & Accounting Rotation Program enables you to work in different capacities across various functions before dedicating to one role. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the different areas of the organization and rapidly grow your professional skills within Sandisk. We are recruiting for roles within the following areas: Business Finance, Corporate FP&A, Operations Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit.

Requirements

New College Graduates with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, Business, and Econ graduating in May/June 2027
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Right to work in the U.S. without requiring Sandisk to commence or sponsor an immigration case (e.g., H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
Strong analytical skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Power BI proficiency
Data Automation
Interest and acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools to drive efficiency
Ability to redesign processes around automation and AI rather than simply applying AI into workflows
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for senior management
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across large, cross-functional teams
Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills
