The BACA Wet Saw Operator role is critical to our operation. As a BACA Operator, you will be responsible for executing precise cuts that set the foundation for the entire fabrication process. Requirements

• High School diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment
• Some software and programming knowledge
• Experience with cutting and polishing tools
• Detail oriented
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Good math skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely operate overhead crane
• Ability to follow all safety requirements
• Ability to use measuring tools

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the operation of the BACA wet saw
• Staging and positioning product on the machine
• Inspecting and aligning correct tooling
• Unloading the machine with quality checks
• Physically lift and move substantial parts
• Utilize overhead pneumatic vacuum lift to move parts
• Participate in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency
• Accomplishes production results by working with the BACA team
• Maintaining, feeding and overseeing the operation of the BACA machines
• Loading product on and off the machine
• Loading programs
