This role is critical to our operation. As a BACA Operator, you will be responsible for executing precise cuts that set the foundation for the entire fabrication process. Requirements

• High School diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment
• Some software and programming knowledge
• Experience with cutting and polishing tools
• Detail oriented
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Good math skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the operation of the BACA
• Staging and positioning product on the machine
• Inspecting and aligning correct tooling
• Unloading the machine with quality checks
• Physically lift and move substantial parts
• Utilize overhead pneumatic vacuum lift to move parts
• Participate in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency
• Accomplishes production results by working with the BACA team
