About The Position
Construction Resources Surfaces is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join their production team as a Baca Saw Operator. This role involves working with automated cutting equipment to support the fabrication of stone and surface materials used in residential and commercial projects.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and operate automated or computer-assisted machinery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- 2–3 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or machine operation
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a robotic cutting system equipped with a rotating saw
- Follow production schedules and job specifications to ensure accurate material processing
- Assist with preparing materials before cutting and organizing finished pieces afterward
- Perform basic equipment checks and communicate any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support general shop operations as needed
