About The Position
At the Y, we understand it can be hard for some members to find time to stay healthy and fit when they are responsible for caring for young children - that’s why we offer babysitting services!
Requirements
- Babysitting certificate or 6-12 months’ experience working with children
- Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification (can provide in house)
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Enjoy working with children aged infant-12 years old
Responsibilities
- Provide fun age-appropriate games and activities
- Dress, diaper and feed infants and children as needed
- Establish rapport with members and their families
