About The Position
We are seeking multiple Babysitters to join our team. This role offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing you to access a portion of your earned wages on demand. The pay rate is $16/hour.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 or older (with valid NYS working papers for minors).
- Prior childcare or babysitting experience required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- Babysitting Certification is preferred.
