About The Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in the area. You will play a key role in recruiting local businesses to join the program. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will visit potential business partners, present the program, qualify them, and guide them through the application process. Additionally, you will coordinate recruitment events and drive referrals through community organizations. The role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers the potential to earn commissions.

Requirements

2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
Experience in outside/field sales is required.
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce being preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Professionalism and enthusiasm to collaborate with others.
High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills for assisting applicants in the field.
Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and technologies.
Ability to travel up to two hours round-trip daily.

Nice To Haves

Experience in field sales is a plus.
Experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to one hour driving distance).
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activities and pipelines in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets and enter activities into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
