About The Position

This is a great opportunity to be part of a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, qualify participants, assist through the application process, foster community referrals, and organize recruitment events. This position involves travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers the potential to earn commission for each converted partner.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience in outside/field sales, including door knocking and territory sales.
  • CRM experience required, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities for field applicants.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Field sales experience is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is beneficial.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 90-minute driving distance).
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest and applications.
  • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
  • Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
