The company is local and veteran owned and operated, with five locations across the Los Angeles area, including Long Beach, Santa Ana, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, and Torrance. It is a fast-paced, team-oriented company focused on quality, service, and results. This position involves prospecting and building a pipeline of new business, growing existing accounts through cross-selling and relationship building, meeting clients on-site, conducting surveys, recommending solutions, preparing quotes, closing sales, and managing projects through completion, while partnering with internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Results-driven with a long-term, customer-first mindset

  • Sign/print industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a pipeline of new business (calls, email, networking)
  • Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and relationship building
