About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on building new business, confidently leading conversations, and closing deals with integrity. The ideal candidate is energized by proactive prospecting, values long-term client relationships, and takes pride in understanding a client’s facility and building maintenance needs at a deeper level. Our structured bonus plan and strong service platform provide the tools and earning potential to reward high performance. As a Sales Executive, you hunt for new clients that are in need of the 20+ services that we offer. Once you've closed the sale, you will manage the project using our network of independent contractors. You will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with these clients ensuring City Wide Facility Solutions is the First Choice for their next project. This is a base salary + commissions position! Commissions are uncapped.

Requirements

  • 2+ years outside B2B sales experience (sales experience in construction industry/construction trades preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales.
  • Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close.
  • Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Prior sales training.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
  • Strong MS Office, including Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Project or construction management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals and make presentations.
  • Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
  • Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, win business.
  • Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
  • Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
  • Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
