This role ensures that campaigns begin with accurate, ICP-aligned data to generate qualified meetings. Proficiency in Clay is essential, as all list-building, enrichment, and data operations are conducted within this platform. The role involves processing millions of contacts monthly, demanding speed, precision, and expertise in modern data tools. Ideal candidates are proficient in Clay and Apollo, prioritize data quality, and understand the components of a high-performing B2B list.

Requirements

2+ years of Clay experience (Required)
2+ years in B2B list building, data sourcing, or lead generation
Experience with Clay, Apollo, Findymail, MillionVerifier, etc.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data cleanup and manipulation
Strong written and spoken English
Remote availability with flexibility for US business hours

Responsibilities

Build targeted, ICP-aligned prospect lists.
Source, enrich, and verify data using Clay, Apollo, Findymail, MillionVerifier, and similar tools.
Maintain organized, accurate datasets to enhance targeting and lead quality.
Clean, deduplicate, validate, and maintain deliverability across all datasets.
Manage blacklists, suppression lists, and compliance requirements.
Identify data issues and continuously improve sourcing workflows.
Pull 250,000+ contacts per month across client accounts.
Collaborate with campaign engineering to refine targeting and lead quality.
Maintain fast, reliable list turnaround to ensure continuous operation of outbound systems.
