About The Position
Appoint Staffing is currently seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative for our client in the hospitality services sector. This role focuses on the Tri-City region, offering a local territory with massive growth potential and no GTA commute.
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid G-class license.
- A "people person" who enjoys face-to-face interaction and cold-calling in person.
- 1+ years in Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality (Servers/Bartenders looking for a professional sales career are encouraged to apply!).
- Must live within or near the KWCG region.
Responsibilities
- Connecting with local restaurant and cafe owners to introduce innovative business services.
- Managing your own daily route and "hunting" for new business opportunities.
- Leading the onboarding process for new clients.
- Working independently to hit weekly sales milestones.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $20.00 per hour (Guaranteed).
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses.
