About The Position
The TempToFT B2B Outbound Area Manager will oversee Outbound Associates, Leads, and B2B Pickers/Packers. This role requires experience with routing guides and EDI for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Costco. The position also involves SOP authorship and a background in 6S/Lean methodologies. Proficiency in WMS (ShipHero preferred) and data-driven dashboarding is essential. This is an on-site position in Coppell, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Experience with routing guides and EDI for major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Costco.
- Experience in SOP authorship.
- Background in 6S/Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in WMS (ShipHero preferred).
- Proficiency in data-driven dashboarding.
