We are looking for our next B2B Marketing and Communications Specialist to help strengthen Axxess’s visibility and support our growth among clients, prospects, partners, and employees. Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, you will contribute to the development of our digital presence, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and sales enablement tools.

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field;
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role involving marketing, communications, digital content, or sales marketing support;
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Canva, Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform, and WordPress or another content management system;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, key digital performance indicators, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence tools;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both French and English, as well as the ability to simplify complex topics;
  • Creativity, autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and coordinating B2B marketing campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, email newsletters, websites, and digital media;
  • Creating, writing, and adapting engaging content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, web pages, brochures, presentations, educational content, and promotional materials;
  • Developing and managing the editorial calendar while ensuring consistency in the company’s brand, tone, and quality of communications;
  • Simplifying complex topics related to customs, transportation, compliance, and international trade to make them accessible to clients and prospects;
  • Supporting the Sales and Business Development teams by creating prospecting tools, presentations, and promotional materials;
  • Helping organize events, webinars, and trade shows, as well as analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and recommending improvements.
