About Pangram Labs Pangram Labs' mission is to protect authenticity by building the world's best AI detection systems. We publish research on state-of-the-art AI detection techniques and algorithms, and build products to bring our technology into people's daily lives. This is an opportunity to build the paid function at a category-defining company supported by our initial success, freedom, and budget. Who are you? We are looking for high agency, mission-driven, and passionate builders to join our Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll test, learn, and find the channels that connect us with our audience. You’ll build off of our organic growth, you'll define our B2B growth strategy with support from product, performance, brand, and content. We're looking for a leader who's excited to build alongside a talented product and growth team. Pangram has experienced incredible B2B demand already and you’re here to take it to the next level. All roles are in-person, hybrid in Brooklyn, New York.

Requirements

5 to 8 years running paid acquisition across multiple channels
Experience building channels from zero
A demonstrated understanding of high-quality creative and copy that convert
Hands-on with conversion measurement, CAC, ROAS, and other reporting metrics

Responsibilities

Define the buyer and the lead. Who the ICP is, what a qualified lead looks like, how it's scored and handed to sales.
Generate demand. Paid, SEO, content, events, outbound support. Get the right companies to raise a hand.
Convert and nurture. Landing pages, email sequences, retargeting, moving a contact from first touch to sales conversation.
Align with sales. Shared definitions, handoff SLAs, feedback on lead quality, collateral sales actually used.
Measure and reallocate. Pipeline and cost per lead by channel, then move budget toward what closes.
