B2B Enablement Senior Strategist

Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Project management / organization.
- Strong understanding of B2B retirement landscape (sponsor and consultant).
- Strong cross-divisional interpersonal skills.
- Strategic selling and prioritization experience.
- Pipeline management experience.
- Executive influence and communication abilities.

- Graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal B2B results. This is inclusive of business planning, client strategy pipelines, and creating a feedback loop.
- Independently define business problems by consulting with business partners.
- Develop and oversee approach for research and experimentation; implements into BAU processes.
- Synthesize analyses, key findings, and potential solutions into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver materials, including presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise in order to derive key insights from highly complex data.
- Verify the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data.
- Organize and deliver data with actionable insight to the business.
- Stay abreast of industry, market, and business competitive trends.
- Lead efforts to keep the senior management team informed of key industry, competitive, and product trends.
- Recommend new and enhanced capabilities and services.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
