About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own B2B startups. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and receive support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The opportunity includes employment with a salary while building the startup, or alternatively the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Founders receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, personal development, and preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round. The customized program focuses on goal, time, and energy management, and includes intensive coaching and advice from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as B2B.
• Participate in a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit with EWOR’s support.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, as appropriate.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
