About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own B2B startups. The Co-Founder / CTO will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, help building a team through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and support in reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. Fellows receive intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million-euro fundraising. The opportunity also includes a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The position offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
