This role blends new business development with account expansion — perfect for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing revenue opportunities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • High sense of urgency and competitive drive
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • CRM proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new mid-market B2B clients through outbound calls and digital outreach
  • Expand and nurture an existing book of business
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Prepare and present quotes and bids with timely follow-up
  • Clearly communicate our solutions and value proposition to decision-makers
  • Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
  • Achieve daily outreach and revenue targets
