Requirements

  • State Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits
  • experience with Fully Insured and Level‑Funded arrangements
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • HRIS platforms
  • Self‑Funded arrangements

Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service by following established workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, managing RFPs, preparing comparisons, and assisting with presentations
  • Deliver responsive, high‑quality client support across claims, billing, enrollment, eligibility, and general benefits inquiries through phone, email, and occasional in‑person meetings
  • Collaborate effectively with Producers, internal teams, and carriers while staying current on carrier offerings, industry trends, and regulatory updates
