This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance: Oil changes, Tire rotations, Brake service, Fluid exchanges, Battery replacement
Handling moderate mechanical repairs: Suspension work, Steering components, Water pumps, Alternators/starters, Radiators, Basic engine repairs
Diagnosing common problems: Check engine lights, Electrical faults, Drivability concerns, No-start conditions, HVAC issues
Using diagnostic tools: Scan tools/OBD-II systems, Multimeters, Service information software
Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections
Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
